LOLS, i was copying xiaxue's show, xiaxue's guide to life...lols. so of course i wouldn't be able to do as much as she does, but erm.. ok, wadeva. LOOk
First- Exercise. If you are unable to go outdoors due to wadeva reasons, ( like being locked in the door by your mum, having constipation all day, or simply can't go out), you can actually exercise in your house too ( even if you can even skip a step without bashing into your sister, )
DANCE is the key, my friend, all you need is music and your limbs( haha)... Then when you dance for 45 mins, you burn as much calories as running 3 km...COOl huh?
Second-your diet
When you're tempt to eat fried stuff -
Look at your tighs
When you find yourself constantly looking for snacks at home -
get rid of all the potato chips, oreos, funny funnystuff, that makes the weighing machine goes WOAH~~~...throw them into the trash and don look back
When you don feel like eating vegetables -
Stuff them continuosly into your dang mouth, then you won't taste a thing.
When you feel like eating supper-
try to convince yourself that you need to sleep,if it doesn't work, head off immediately to brush your teeth. so you can give yourself an excuse "I brush teeth already, cannot eat"
When you feel like eating sweet stuff -
Imagine a future with you having diabetes.
When you feel like drinking bubble tea-
drink lots of mineral water, and head home and drink milk instead of sweet talk
When you have nothing to do and just feel like eating-
GO AND BLOG, or even better, exercise!
When you are starved-
eat slowly, and don finish all the food first, then you agar agar know if you still need to eat, then continue if you're still starved, or stop if it's enough, don just eat becasue it's nice, eat because your body needs food, once in a while eat some fats or sugar is ok( and no, once in a while doesn't mean alternate days)
When you walk past Mcdonalds-
PINCH YOUR DANG EYES AND NOSE SHUT.
Hope this helps, haha, but i don expect you all to follow( especially that vegetables thing)...
